Yoga Nidra – A Guided Audio Meditation

I am very happy to share with you this 20 minute guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a very powerful form of guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice that helps us to heal in deep phases of body, mind, and heart. This particular practice was created in alignment with the 8 sequential stages of Yoga Nidra as prescribed by Swami Satyananda.

It is recommended that we practice Yoga Nidra consistently for an extended period of time for optimal benefits, and that we stay committed to the same Sankalpa (a personal, positive statement of intent that is an integral part of the practice) for many months in order to enjoy the fullest manifestation of our wellness goals.
