SHAKTI RISING Online Lunar Empowerment Ceremonies

It is a great joy and an honor for me to offer FREE hour-long online Lunar Circles for Women. Across the ages and across many cultures, women have joined together at New Moons and Full Moons to chant, pray, dance, sing, meditate, and set powerful intentions together. Just as we celebrate the different phases of the Moon, we celebrate and give loving space to our personal and collective rhythms and cycles.

 

The Shakti Rising Online Lunar Circles usually include a mix of the following:

  • Inspiring astrological & psycho-spiritual information about the new or full moon being celebrated
  • Breathwork aligned with the empowerment theme of the ceremony
  • Guided meditations and/or Yoga practices
  • Sacred chants 
  • Journaling exercises for intention setting and gratitude practice 
  • And more…
